I said to them…Come and let us build. And they said, “Let us rise up and build….” “The God of heaven, He will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build.”

7 Visionary Principles

Faith

We commit to the faith of trusting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. Our faith rests in knowing that He is the creator of all things and that all things were created by him, and for him. We too were created for His glory. (Isaiah 43:7; Colossians 1:16; 2 Peter 3:18)

Focus

We commit to the divine prerogative of seeking the salvation of the lost. Our focus shall further entail ministering to one another and serving this body of believers for the shear glory and honor of our God. We shall not entertain the distresses of the past, nor give our attention to that which is before. We shall pursue as our common goal the prize promised by God’s heavenly call in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:14; 2 Peter 3:9)

Fellowship

We commit to the shared fellowship with each other that is only made possible by the fellowship we have with God. Our fellowship is not a transaction in which we exchange goods and services; the koinonia fellowship of this body of believers is divinely, intentionally and functionally relational in nature. Therefore, we have been divinely set within this body to be interdependent and complementary of each other’s divine purpose and call. (1 Corinthians 12:12-27; 1 John 1:6-7)

Follow

We commit to follow our Minister as he follows Christ. He is God’s vessel who is divinely called to lead us in our spiritual journey. We will pray for him that God may give him the wisdom to teach, train, equip, correct, rebuke, guide and exhort us and to love us as the people of God. (Ephesians 4:12; 2 Timothy 4:2, Titus 2:1)

Finances

We commit to support this Ministry and our Minister with the financial resources given to us by God. Our commitment to provide this support begins with our commitment to first give of ourselves in service to God and the cause of Christ. We joyously give ourselves to the Lord, and sow to this Ministry and our Minister by the will of God. (2 Corinthians 8:5)

Faithfulness

We commit to being faithful to the cause of Jesus Christ. Our faithfulness is evident by our Attitudes, Actions and Accountability. We strive to represent God in our daily lives by reflecting the light of Jesus Christ in every aspect of our being.  We are unified in our faithfulness to the Christian cause. (Matthew 5:14; John 17:21-23)

Favor

We commit to trusting in the divine favor of God. We believe that God’s favor exceeds human achievement, human wisdom and human ability. In faith we will do our best and be our best. In faith we will trust that God will favor our undertaking in such a way that His favor will exceed our abilities and expectations. (Acts 2:46-47; Romans 8:28, 31; 2 Corinthians 9:8; Ephesians 3:20-21)
